  • Find a SERO dealer permit number  - If you are uncertain of the dealer permit number, search SERO's Dealer Permit webpage. Dealers in the "Reporting Status" database should have the Gulf and South Atlantic Dealer (GSAD) permit.
    Don't miss a report! Regulations 50 CFR ยง622.5 (c)(1)(iv) state that delinquent reports automatically result in a Gulf and South Atlantic dealer to beome ineligibile to first receive fish monitored by these regulations. Only after all required and delinquent reports have been submitted and received by NMFS may a Gulf and South Atlantic dealer receive such fish.
    Information regarding the GSAD regulations may be found in the Recordkeeping and Reporting section of the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations or in the Final Rule published in the Federal Register.
