  • Find a SERO dealer permit number  - If you are uncertain of the dealer permit number, search SERO's Dealer Permit webpage. Dealers in the "Reporting Status" database should have the Gulf and South Atlantic Dealer (GSAD) permit.
    Don't miss a report! Regulations 50 CFR §622.5 (c)(1)(iv) state that delinquent reports automatically result in a Gulf and South Atlantic dealer to beome ineligibile to first receive fish monitored by these regulations. Only after all required and delinquent reports have been submitted and received by NMFS may a Gulf and South Atlantic dealer receive such fish.
